Production Schedule.
The production schedule was useful as it helped me organise all my work and helped me to see what pieces of work needed to be completed by a perticular day as i put dates to tell me when each piece has to be done by.
Treatment Package/ PressKit Release.
The treatment package/presskit release was useful as it made everything clear and helped to see who was in my video and who was behind the camera, where it was going to be filmed at and what i thought the music track was initially about.
Storyboard.
The storyboard was very useful as it helped me organise what shots were where, if they were a medium,closeup or long shot and who was in it.
Risk Assesment.
The risk assesment was important to me and also my crew as it helped them to see what the risks could be and how they could prevent the risks from happening when performing infront of the camera.
Media Equiptment Booking Form.
The Booking form was useful as it helped to plan what dates i was shooting on and how long i needed the camera for. It also helped others to see when cameras were available for their filming.
Performer Release.
The performer release was useful as it gave us permission for our crew to be filmed and they had to sign it as proof of agreement.
Call Sheet.
The call sheet was useful as it helped me see who was my cast and crew members where my video was going to be set and what date/ time, what the weather was going to be like and if i needed any props but i also gave call sheets to my crew and cast members so they knew what to wear where abouts it was and what time etc.
